About Us

I am Vanessa Barón Rees, founder of ArtFlor.

Originally from Venezuela and living in Orlando for more than 15 years, my path did not begin in flowers it began in law.

But life has a way of revealing where your true voice lives.

Together with my husband, who has over twenty years of photography experience, we spent years capturing emotion through images.

Yet deep within me, something was still calling a quieter language made of color, form, and nature.
I followed it.

To develop my vision as a floral designer and entrepreneur, I studied with Ana Rettberg Floral Design, completing an online program based in Europe that blends creative design, composition, and business foundation for florists.

I later expanded my learning with hands-on workshops at Madrid Flower School in Spain, refining bouquet structure, foam-free mechanics, and expressive floral styling.

Back in Orlando, I completed an internship in a local floral studio, grounding everything through real practice and client work.

That calling became ArtFlor a space where art, flowers, and feeling meet.

Through floral design, I help people send presence, love, and meaning
like emotional bridges made of petals, color, and art.

ArtFlor is my way of honoring beauty, transforming spaces,

and connecting hearts one creation at a time.
